Although it is not illegal to change the color of the bike, it is better not to do it. The color of the bike can be changed as per the rules. But doing this is discouraged. Bike Modification Law by BRTA’s Road Transport Act 2018
Now let's look at these policies and features described in BRTA's Road Transport Act 2018.
According to the new law of 2018, there is a ban on changing some of the technical specifications or technical features of the bike.
Here are many guidelines on whether or not parts of the bike can be changed, such as length, width, height, number of seats, wheel base, wheel size and position, indicator lights, brakes, gears, exhaust or smoke emission system, etc.
But some basic aspects of the bike will not change. However, you can do some internal and external modifications of the bike by applying according to BRTA's ordinances and conditions.
Note that at the time of registration, you can change or replace any part within the technical specifications mentioned in BRTA's technical instructions. In that case no separate permission will be required.
First of all, the light provided by the company inside the bike headlight is basically a halogen light. By changing it you can use LED lights.
There will be no problem. You can also change the color of the small DRL lights that are usually on the side of the headlight without any problem. You can also change the visor plate that sits over the headlight with the right fitting.
